Puis-je appeler et demander conseil à un médecin?
Si vous avez besoin de parler à votre médecin généraliste, la réceptionniste de service prendra votre message et vos coordonnées et votre appel sera retourné dans les plus brefs délais. Nous ne pouvons pas spécifier d’heure à laquelle le médecin doit vous appeler car cela dépend de la charge de travail quotidienne du médecin. En cas de forte occupation, cela peut prendre 24 à 48 heures avant le retour d’un appel de routine (non urgent).
Si les conseils dont vous avez besoin sont urgents, veuillez en informer le réceptionniste afin que vous puissiez parler au médecin le plus tôt possible.
Comment puis-je obtenir un résultat de test?
Si vous avez des tests à effectuer ou si vous êtes envoyé à l'hôpital pour un test, il est ESSENTIEL de téléphoner à votre médecin pour obtenir les résultats dans les 7 à 10 jours suivant la procédure.
La plupart des rappels seront effectués soit à l'heure du déjeuner, soit directement après la fin de l'opération, en fin d'après-midi ou en soirée. Notre infirmière de pratique peut être contactée les lundi, mercredi et vendredi de 14h à 14h30 pour obtenir les résultats des analyses de sang, des échantillons d’urine ou des écouvillons.
Veuillez noter que le personnel de la réception et de l’administration n’est PAS AUTORISÉ à donner les résultats des tests aux patients, sauf indication contraire du médecin.
