Puis-je réserver un appel à domicile?
Lorsque vous appelez l’opérateur pour demander un appel à domicile, vos informations sont transmises directement à votre médecin traitant. Ils évalueront ensuite votre demande. Notre équipe d'accueil vous rappellera pour prendre les dispositions nécessaires pour la visite à votre domicile ou se rendre à la chirurgie si le médecin le juge plus approprié. Veuillez contacter l’opérateur le plus tôt possible dans la matinée pour demander une visite à domicile afin que votre médecin puisse effectuer la visite pendant la période du déjeuner.
Quand un appel à domicile est-il approprié?
Rappelez-vous que la plupart des problèmes sont mieux traités lors de la chirurgie où nous avons une gamme complète d'équipements. Les réceptionnistes ont pour politique de demander s’il est possible que le patient assiste à la chirurgie. Les visites à domicile seront faites aux patients souffrant de manque de mobilité ou gravement malades.
