Comment demander une ordonnance à l'hôpital?
Si vous avez une carte médicale et une ordonnance d'hôpital, vous avez le droit de recevoir une semaine de médicaments de votre pharmacie lors de la production du script de l'hôpital, une fois qu'il est amené à la pharmacie le jour de la délivrance de l'ordonnance par l'hôpital.
Les étapes suivantes doivent être prises une fois que vous avez la prescription:

Appelez à la chirurgie avec l'ordonnance avant de vous rendre à la pharmacie

Le personnel de la réception prendra ensuite une photocopie de l'ordonnance

Vous recevrez l'ordonnance originale que vous pourrez remettre au pharmacien.

Votre médecin rédigera l'ordonnance de la photocopie et vous pourrez la récupérer à la réception 48 heures plus tard. L'ordonnance doit ensuite être apportée à votre pharmacie pour récupérer le reste du médicament qui vous est dû.
